  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and barcodes must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.

3. Refund Process

Inspection:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

Approval:
If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.

Refund Timeline:
The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear and personal care products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance sale products

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping charges.

In other cases, shipping charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
